Part A: Plan of action: Specific targets:
Academic
Suggestions for various cells and sub-committees for greater
initiatives in co-curricular, extra curricular and extension
activities.
Taking steps to organise the remedial classes for SC/ ST/
OBC and Minority students and funds may be sought from UGC
and other agencies in this regard
Encouraging the teachers for continuing academic activities
e.g. M Phil and PhD, and undertaking Minor and Major
Research Projects.
Introduction of some vocational and add on courses.
Extension of library reading room
Introduction of more new courses under open and distance
learning
Encouraging the departments to organise national and state
level seminars.
Faculty members be encouraged to participate and present
research papers in National/International seminar/
conferences

Operationalising computer aided functions of the Library and

Seminar and Group discussion are included in the main
routine of the college.
Seats reserved in sports quotas at UG level.
NCC cadets sent for training in the National Integration
camp.
The activities during the college week reflect the co
curricular and extra curricular activities of the students
like games and sports, music, art, literature and cultural
